This month, we are proud to honor the Toppenish students and staff who truly embody empathy in our schools. Empathy means understanding and sharing the feelings of others, listening with compassion, considering different perspectives, and responding with kindness and respect. When our students and staff show empathy, they help build a community where everyone feels valued, supported, and understood. 

Our Students and Staff of the Month were selected because they consistently demonstrate thoughtfulness, care, and a willingness to help others. They build positive relationships, include their peers, offer support when it’s needed most, and understand how their words and actions impact those around them.
